Pet farewells &
other ceremonies

Because the smallest paws can leave the biggest space behind.

Our animals become part of the family. When it’s time to say goodbye, I can help you create a personal farewell filled with the memories, funny moments and little quirks that made them completely themselves.

I also create naming ceremonies, milestone celebrations and other personal ceremonies.

I understand this kind of goodbye.

I’ve always been an animal lover, and our pets have become a huge part of our family.

Our dog Phoebe was rescued from Corfu as a tiny puppy, and our cats Milo and Augustus came to us as kittens. We recently lost Milo very suddenly, and the loss left a huge hole in our family.

Remembering his funny, mischievous and loving ways has helped us through that grief, and it’s a big part of why pet farewells mean so much to me.

I’ll listen to your stories and help create a farewell that honours the place your pet held in your family and celebrates everything that made them unique.

Every animal has a story.
Let me help you tell theirs.

Pet farewells and ceremonies for life's other moments

Your occasion. Your story. Your way. There is no set formula. Your ceremony might be heartfelt and emotional, relaxed and informal, light-hearted and funny, or a little bit of everything. It can be as traditional or as different as you would like it to be.

Types of ceremonies

Make it personal

Your ceremony could include:

  • Favourite music

  • Poems and readings

  • Stories and memories

  • Family and friends taking part

  • Personal promises

  • Meaningful rituals

  • Photographs or keepsakes

  • Family traditions

  • Something completely unique to you

There are no rules about what your ceremony has to look like. If it matters to you, we can find a way to make it part of the day.

Elegant table setting with champagne glasses, a lit candle, a pink ribbon, and a floral centerpiece on a cream-colored tablecloth in soft natural lighting.

Whatever you're celebrating, let's make it meaningful.

Big or small, traditional or completely different, every important moment has a story behind it. I'd love to hear yours.
