Remembering a life through the stories that made it unique.

Saying goodbye is never easy. I will help you create a thoughtful and personal ceremony that honours their life with care and compassion, bringing together the memories, stories, people and little moments that made them who they were.

Funeral & Memorials

The Story Between

Every life is made up of so much more than dates and milestones. It is the happy memories, the funny stories, the people they loved, their favourite things and all the little moments that made them uniquely them.

I believe a funeral or memorial should tell that whole story. Together, we can remember their life from childhood through to the present day, filling their ceremony with the memories and moments that matter most- The Story Between. It is my honour to help you tell that story.

A personal goodbye, created with care. I am a compassionate person who has experienced the loss of people very close to me, and I understand how important it is to feel that the person you love has been remembered properly.

Your ceremony can be semi-religious or non-religious and completely tailored to your wishes. It may include music, hymns, poems, readings, memories from friends and family or simply the stories that capture the person you knew and loved.

What to expect

Make it personal

There is no single way to remember someone.

A funeral or memorial can include the things that made their life theirs:

  • Stories from childhood

  • Funny and memorable moments

  • Favourite music

  • Poems and readings

  • Family and friends sharing memories

  • Favourite sayings or traditions

  • The little things they loved

  • Moments that capture their personality

The most meaningful ceremonies are often found in those details.

A beige table with a lit candle in a stone holder, a gray textured notebook titled 'memories', a handwritten letter or note, a pair of round glasses, a white ceramic vase with branches and leaves, and a cream-colored cloth with fringes, illuminated by natural light.

Scattering or Interring Ashes

If you have chosen cremation and would like to scatter or inter your loved one's ashes somewhere special, I can also create a short, personal ceremony for you.

It can be a quiet moment with close family or something involving a wider group of people. We can talk together about the place you have chosen, the memories you would like to share and how you would like to say your final goodbye.

Remember their story

Every person leaves behind a lifetime of moments, memories and stories.

It would be my honour to help you bring those together and create a ceremony that feels true to the person you knew and loved.
